Welcome to STEYNSFX. Please read these Terms carefully before using our website, dashboard, subscriptions, downloads, software, or related services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, downloading the Expert Advisor, accessing the dashboard, or using any STEYNSFX service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, the Risk Disclaimer, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.
2. Service
STEYNSFX provides access to trading software, Expert Advisor downloads, setup resources, updates, licensing tools, dashboard access, and related membership services. The software is provided for automated trading assistance and educational purposes only.
3. No Financial Advice
STEYNSFX does not provide investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, tax advice, legal advice, or any recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. Users are solely responsible for their own trading decisions.
4. No Profit Guarantee
STEYNSFX does not guarantee profits, returns, win rate, drawdown levels, account growth, consistency, funded account success, or future performance. Trading involves risk and losses are possible.
5. Backtest & Performance Disclaimer
Any backtests, forward tests, screenshots, trade history, examples, account results, website results, or social media posts are shown for informational and transparency purposes only. Past performance, simulated performance, or displayed results do not guarantee future results.
6. Subscription Plans
STEYNSFX may offer monthly and yearly subscription plans. Access to the EA, protected files, dashboard features, license verification, and trading authorization requires an active subscription. If your subscription expires, is cancelled, blocked, or unpaid, access may be disabled.
7. License Usage
Each license is intended for one customer and may be linked to one MT5 account or authorized account profile. Sharing, selling, renting, copying, redistributing, reverse engineering, decompiling, modifying, bypassing licensing, or attempting to access protected logic is strictly prohibited.
8. User-Controlled Risk Settings
Users may be allowed to control only approved risk-related settings. All other EA settings may be locked, hidden, or non-changeable. Users are fully responsible for selecting risk settings suitable for their own capital, broker, account type, and risk tolerance.
9. Refund Policy
Refunds are strictly limited to verified technical access or activation issues where the EA cannot be installed, connected, activated, or accessed due to a fault directly caused by STEYNSFX and unresolved by support. Refund requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days of purchase.
10. No Performance-Based Refunds
Refunds are not provided for trading losses, drawdowns, dissatisfaction with performance, failure to achieve profits, market conditions, broker differences, prop firm challenge failures, incorrect risk settings, user error, improper setup, change of mind, or subscription periods already activated.
11. User Responsibility
Users are fully responsible for their own trading account, broker choice, MT5 setup, VPS, internet connection, risk settings, lot size, leverage, prop firm rules, account management, and trading outcomes.
12. Broker, VPS & Third-Party Issues
STEYNSFX is not responsible for broker execution, spread widening, slippage, commissions, platform delays, VPS failures, internet outages, MetaTrader issues, payment provider issues, prop firm restrictions, or third-party service interruptions.
13. Prop Firm Disclaimer
STEYNSFX does not guarantee passing any prop firm challenge, maintaining funded status, avoiding rule violations, or meeting third-party trading firm requirements. Users are solely responsible for understanding and following prop firm rules.
14. Account Suspension & Termination
STEYNSFX may suspend, block, or terminate access if we detect payment failure, refund abuse, chargeback misuse, license sharing, unauthorized distribution, reverse engineering attempts, suspicious activity, or violation of these Terms.
15. Software Updates
STEYNSFX may update, modify, replace, improve, disable, or remove software versions, features, settings, download files, or dashboard functions at any time for security, performance, compatibility, or business reasons.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, STEYNSFX, its owners, developers, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for trading losses, missed profits, drawdowns, account loss, prop firm failures, broker issues, platform issues, VPS failures, internet failures, software errors, market volatility, or any direct or indirect financial damages.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold STEYNSFX, its owners, developers, affiliates, and representatives harmless from any claims, losses, damages, disputes, chargebacks, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the software, trading activity, account decisions, or violation of these Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. Any dispute arising from the use of STEYNSFX shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
19. Changes to Terms
STEYNSFX may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website, dashboard, software, or subscription after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
